About the Programme
The Universal Memory Jar (UMJ) programme is a trauma-informed, reflective learning approach designed to support emotional awareness and understanding. Through visual tools, storytelling, and age-appropriate activities, the programme creates safe spaces for exploration without pressure to disclose personal experiences.
UMJ is delivered by trained facilitators and is suitable for educational, therapeutic, and community settings.
The programme is non- diagnostic and does not replace professional judgement.
